Job Summary
Labor and Delivery Nurse (L&D) Wichita, Kansas. This position involves providing high-quality care to women during labor, delivery, and postpartum recovery within a busy LDRP unit. The role requires collaboration with a team of healthcare professionals to ensure positive patient outcomes and safety.

Job Details

• Position: Travel Labor and Delivery Nurse (L&D)
• Location: Wichita, Kansas
• Schedule: Night shifts, 12-hour shifts, minimum 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Active Kansas licensure, minimum 6 months current Labor and Delivery Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) experience, BLS, and Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification.
• Responsibilities include assisting with vaginal deliveries and cesarean sections, monitoring fetal status, and providing patient education and support during labor and postpartum stages.
• The unit features advanced fetal monitoring equipment, Panda Warmers, and Novi + Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems.
• Preferred candidates may have experience in newborn care, fetal monitoring, NRP, and C/S circulating procedures.
• Additional information: Candidates must follow HCA ICARE standards of behavior and demonstrate patient care excellence, adaptability, and teamwork.
