Job Summary
Long Term Care Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) located at a critical access hospital, this role involves providing compassionate patient care across diverse medical conditions. The position requires flexibility to float between medical-surgical and emergency room settings, supporting the organizations commitment to delivering quality healthcare in a rural environment.

Job Details

  • Certifications and Education Requirements: Current CNA license in the state of practice, BLS certification, and experience with Electronic Medical Records (CPSI preferred).
  • Schedule: Nights shift, 12 hours per shift, with a minimum of 36 hours per week.
  • Required Qualifications: At least 1 year of emergency room experience, CNA license, BLS certification, and experience with Electronic Medical Records (CPSI).
  • Preferred Qualifications: Up to 2 years of emergency room experience; ability to float from medical-surgical to emergency room settings.
  • Additional Information: Candidates must be open to working days or nights, with a minimum of 1-2 years of ER or medical-surgical experience. Candidates will be expected to float between units as needed and participate in the hospital`s diverse patient care activities.
  • Submission Requirements: Interested applicants should be prepared for a manager interview and potential offer.
