Job Summary
Home Health Skilled Registered Nurse (RN) Oklahoma City, OK. This position involves providing comprehensive home health care services to patients, including wound care, IV therapy, and Oasis documentation. Job Details

• Position Description: Home Health Skilled RN responsible for wound care, IV therapy, Oasis documentation, and patient assessments.
• Certifications and Education: BLS from the American Heart Association (AHA) is required.
• Experience Required: 1+ years of experience in home health.
• Schedule: Day shift, Monday through Friday, 0800-1630, with a minimum of 36 hours weekly.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with ACLS is desirable but not required.
• Additional Information: No float requirements. Candidates should be flexible and able to adapt to patient needs within the home health environment.
