Registered Nurse / Nurse Manager Critical Care Unit

Job Summary:
Nurse Manager Critical Care Unit located in a hospital setting. The position oversees the critical care unit, ensuring clinical excellence and operational efficiency. The role involves managing staff, coordinating patient care, and maintaining compliance with standards and protocols.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Day shifts, 8 hours per shift, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Valid California RN license, at least 2 years of experience in critical care nursing, and applicable certifications such as AHA or ARC.
• Preferred Qualifications: Prior management or leadership experience in a critical care environment, familiarity with electronic charting systems, and experience with trauma level I or II units.
• Float: Float rotation may be required.
• Additional Information: Candidates must complete onboarding labs within 3-5 days of contract signing and provide work history verification covering the last 7 years. All compliance documents are due 10 days prior to the start date. Modules during orientation are non-billable, averaging 1-5 hours, and are recorded through e-learning.
