Job Summary
Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) Location: York County and Shrewsbury County. This position involves responding to emergency medical calls, performing patient care functions in accordance with established protocols, and providing support in various clinical settings. The role requires working night shifts and being available to cover major holidays and potential weekend shifts as needed.

Job Details

• Position Description: Responds to EMS calls, performs functions related to patient care according to PA Department of Health Emergency Medical Services Act and scope of practice, primarily in York County and Shrewsbury County.
• Minimum Qualifications: PA state license, NREMT, BLS certification, EPIC experience required; 2 years of relevant experience preferred; minimum of 1 year experience required.
• Certifications: BLS, EMT-B
• Schedule: Nights, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Additional Requirements: Previous charge experience and patient ratio experience preferred. Must be able to care for COVID patients; tobacco and fragrance-free facility.
• Experience: At least 2 years of relevant EMS experience.
• Special Notes: Must respond to EMS calls and perform patient care according to protocols, with familiarity with AED, airway management, PPE, and other emergency procedures.
