Endoscopy Tech / Endoscopy Technician

Job Summary:
The healthcare provider is seeking an Endoscopy Technician for a travel assignment at a hospital in Portsmouth, New Hampshire. This position involves working in the endoscopy unit, performing procedures such as EGD, colonoscopies, ERCP, and bronchoscopies. The role requires a flexible schedule with day shifts, on-call coverage during evenings and weekends, and a minimum of one year of relevant experience in a hospital setting.

Job Details:

• Location: Portsmouth, New Hampshire
• Schedule: Days shift, 10 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week
• Start Date: 08/24/2026
• Required Qualifications: Certification as a Certified Endoscope Reprocessor (CFER), familiarity with Olympus Endoscopes, Medivators, leak testing, and knowledge of colonoscopy, EGD, ERCP, bronchoscopes, and EUS; at least 1 year of hospital experience in endoscopy setting
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with procedures performed on unit including Bravo placements, HET, TIF, EBUS; advanced skills in endoscope reprocessing and procedure assistance
• Float: Float rotation may be required if volume is light
• Additional Information: The position involves assisting with a variety of endoscopic procedures, maintaining equipment, and adhering to hospital policies. The hospital offers a supportive team environment with recognition for outstanding departmental contributions. The unit is equipped with Olympus, Steris, Conmed, ERBE, and Boston Scientific devices.
• Dress Code: Hospital scrubs provided; closed-toe shoes required.
