Registered Nurse / Utilization Review Exp

Job Summary:
Utilization Review Specialist specializing in Utilization Management is needed for a remote position in Fort Myers, Florida. This role involves managing utilization review processes with a focus on efficiency and compliance, utilizing EMR systems and UM tools. The position requires collaboration with healthcare teams and adherence to organizational standards to ensure optimal patient care coordination.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Days shift, Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with every fifth weekend rotation.
• Required Qualifications: 2 years of experience in utilization review or utilization management; CCM (Case Management Certification) or CMCN (Certified Medical Case Manager); Epic EMR experience and Dragonfly UM tool experience; degree accreditation verified or 5 years of relevant experience; computer literacy and remote work experience; no minimum experience required if degree or experience verification is met.
• Preferred Qualifications: Prior travel experience; familiarity with working remotely.
• Float: Float rotation may be required; travelers are the first to float, potentially to other campus locations.
• Additional Information: All demographic information, including full address, email, date of birth, social security number, and RN license number, must be provided at submission; candidates must meet culture expectations and perform as core staff; documents must be submitted by Monday prior to start date; no exceptions for pending documentation.
