Registered Nurse / Nurse Manager OR / Surgical Services

Job Summary:
The Nurse Manager for Operating Room (OR) / Surgical Services is responsible for overseeing nursing operations within the surgical department at a healthcare facility. This position involves leading clinical teams, ensuring compliance with standards, and fostering a collaborative environment to deliver high-quality patient care. The role requires strong leadership, operational management, and a focus on continuous quality improvement.

Job Details:

• Position: Nurse Manager OR / Surgical Services
• Location: Rowlett, TX
• Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
• Hours per Week: 40 hours
• Start Date: 08/31/2026
• Shift Hours: 8 hours per day
• Years of Experience Required: 0 years (Candidates with prior peri-operative experience and leadership in ORs that perform procedures in orthopedics, robotics, or endoscopy are preferred)
• Specialty: NM OR / Nurse Manager OR / Surgical Services
• Certifications/Degrees: BSN, Basic Life Support (BLS)
• Top Skills: At least 3 years of peri-operative experience, leadership experience in operating rooms performing orthopedics, robotics, or endoscopy procedures
• Type: Temp assignment for 13 weeks, local and/or travel
