Licensed Practical Nurse / Medical Surgical Skilled Nursing

Job Summary:
Long-Term Care Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) position in WAIMEA, Hawaii. This role involves providing compassionate and high-quality nursing care to residents in a Long-Term Care unit, including medication administration, assessments, care planning, documentation, and coordination with physicians and the interdisciplinary care team. Candidates should possess current Long-Term Care or skilled nursing experience, along with strong communication and clinical assessment skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Job Details:

• Schedule: 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Active Hawai?i LPN license; Current BLS certification; Minimum of one year of recent Long-Term Care or skilled nursing experience; Experience with electronic medical records; Ability to work the assigned schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed
• Preferred Qualifications: None specified
• Float: Float rotation may be required
