Certified Nursing Assistant / Telemetry

Job Summary:
The organization is seeking a Telemetry Nurse for a day shift position in a hospital setting located in Silverdale, Washington. The role involves floating across units, performing clinical duties, and providing patient care in an acute care environment. The candidate will join a dynamic team and support operational needs with flexibility and professionalism.

Job Details:

• Shift: Days, 36 hours per week, 3-12 hour shifts (7:00 AM 7:30 PM).
• Required Qualifications: Valid Washington State nursing license; BLS Certification; minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in an acute care environment; flexibility; positive attitude; ability to float across units.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with telemetry or cardiac monitor patients is preferred.
• Schedule: 36 hours per week, 3-12s, from 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM. RTO must be submitted during interview; schedule will be built around approved time-off requests. Block scheduling is permitted.
• Additional Information: The role involves providing patient care such as vital signs, feeding, ambulation, turning/positioning, and hourly rounding. No catheter or IV insertion/removal duties are required. Orientation includes a one-week unit-specific training, EPIC system training, and completion of required modules at each assigned hospital. Floating to other hospitals in the region may be required if not needed at the primary hospital. A professional dress code is expected, and the candidate should be adaptable and have a positive demeanor.
