Certified Nursing Assistant / Medical Surgical Rehabilitation Floor

Job Summary:
The organization is seeking a Medical Surgical Rehabilitation Floor nurse in Colorado Springs. This role involves providing specialized patient care on a dedicated rehabilitation floor, ensuring quality treatment and compliance with clinical protocols. The position offers a consistent daytime shift to support patient recovery and team collaboration.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Day shift, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Valid nursing license, Bachelor`s or Associate Degree in Nursing, CPR certification, 1 or more years of clinical experience, and established proficiency in medical-surgical nursing practices
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience in a rehabilitation setting, additional certifications such as Wound Care or Stroke Certification
• Float: Float rotation may be required.
• Additional Information: The nursing responsibilities include patient assessments, care planning, medication administration, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to promote patient recovery on a rehabilitation floor. Candidates should be committed to providing compassionate, patient-centered care.
