Registered Nurse / Home Health Supervisor

Job Summary:
Home Health Supervisor position available in East Sandwich, Massachusetts. This role involves overseeing hospice care services, coordinating staff education, ensuring regulatory compliance, and managing patient care plans. The supervisor will provide clinical expertise, supervise clinical staff, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality patient care.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Valid Registered Nurse license in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts; BSN degree required, Masters degree in Nursing preferred; minimum of two to four years of supervisory experience in a home health agency, hospice, or related health program; ability in program administration; excellent oral and written communication skills; proficiency with available hardware and software

• Float: Float rotation may be required
