Xray Technologist / Cardiac Cath Lab

Job Summary:
Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory (Cath Lab) Technologist located in Santa Rosa, California. This position involves assisting with cardiac and interventional radiology procedures, with responsibilities including infection prevention, radiation safety, contrast media preparation, and scrub experience with specialty equipment. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day of shift.

Job Details:

• Certifications: ACLS, ARRT Registered Radiologic Technologist (R), BLS, Fluoro Permit, with all certifications must be American Heart Association (AHA) approved and in hand at the time of submission

• Location: Santa Rosa, California
• Years of Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a related role
• Schedule: 4 days per week, 10 hours per shift, 40 hours per week minimum, Days shift from 0700 to 1630, with call coverage on weekends as needed; every 3 weekends
• Preferred Qualifications: Epic charting experience, previous charge nurse experience, and community hospital experience
• Float: Float rotation may be required
• Additional Information: Candidates must be available to go in for lab work within 3-5 days of signing, hold a valid state license at time of submission, and be within 50 miles if local (accepting locals at a lower rate). Candidates should provide a copy of all certifications. Background checks for hits or DUIs must be disclosed prior to submission. 7-year work history verification required for all candidates. Modules are non-billable, with an average of 1-5 hours spent, and completed via e-learning during orientation.
