Job Summary:
Emergency Room (ER) Specialty located in an acute care setting. This position involves working a rotating shift schedule, with responsibilities centered around providing urgent and emergent care to patients. The role requires adherence to hospital protocols and collaboration with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Job Details:
- Schedule: Rotating shifts, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week
- Required Qualifications: Licensure to submit; certifications including Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Basic Life Support (BLS), National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) American Heart Association (AHA) only, Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC); minimum of 2 years of ER experience; location requirements as specified.

- Additional Information: Unit notes indicate a 4-shift contract, with 3 shifts for contracts under 13 weeks. The shift notes include end of week (EOW), first to float, nights, and on-call responsibilities 2 out of 28 days. The charting system utilized is Cerner.
