Registered Nurse / Cardiac Cath Lab

Job Summary:
Cardiology Nurse - Heart Cath Lab in a healthcare facility. This full-time role involves delivering exceptional patient care to adult and geriatric populations throughout various cardiovascular procedures. The position requires collaboration with physicians, room preparation, patient monitoring, and participation in quality improvement initiatives.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Days, 08:00 AM to 04:30 PM, with call rotation required every 2-3rd weekend; 40 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Bachelor Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred; active state Registered Nursing (RN) License; current Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification through the American Heart Association (AHA); current Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification; at least one year of clinical experience in a Cardiovascular Lab with cardiac procedures or in a Critical Care area.
• Preferred Qualifications: None specified.
• Additional Information: Provide holistic support addressing physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs of patients in a surgical and procedural environment. Prepare and maintain procedure rooms, manage supplies, monitor physiologic and hemodynamic data during procedures, and support quality improvement initiatives.
