Registered Nurse / Labor And Delivery Department

Job Summary:
Labor and Delivery Department Registered Nurse (RN) position located in Marble Falls, TX. This role involves providing patient-centered care to women during labor, delivery, and postpartum periods, utilizing clinical judgment to assess, plan, and evaluate patient needs. The RN will work in a dynamic environment that requires collaboration, adherence to clinical standards, and compassionate care.

Job Details:

• Schedule: 7:00 PM 7:00 AM; 3 nights per week, with an arrival time of 6:40 PM and report time at 6:45 PM.
• Certifications/Degrees required: BLS, ACLS, NRP, AWHONN; minimum of 2 years of relevant experience preferred, with highly preferred experience in labor, delivery, and postpartum care.
• Experience: No minimum years required, but 2 or more years of clinical experience is preferred; STABLE certification is desirable but not mandatory.
• Shift Hours: 12-hour shifts.
• Minimum Hours Per Week: 36 hours.
• Interview Type: One round of virtual interview.
• Special Requirements: Weekends are required.
• Position involves working in a department that supports obstetric and neonatal care, with responsibilities including assessment, patient education, monitoring, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
• The RN must demonstrate strong clinical reasoning, communication, and professionalism, with a focus on providing safe, effective, and compassionate care tailored to each patient`s unique needs.
