Registered Nurse / Emergency Room

Job Summary:
Emergency Room (ER) registered nurse position is available in a healthcare facility. This role involves assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care in accordance with organizational policies and professional nursing standards. The nurse will deliver high-quality, evidence-based care in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes.

Job Details:

• Shift Time: Days
• Schedule: 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Must possess a current, valid RN license in the state of practice, BLS certification is required. Experience in the emergency department for a minimum of 0 years is acceptable.
• Preferred Qualifications: TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course) certification and NIHSS (National Institute of Health Stroke Scale) certification are required. Bachelor`s degree in Nursing and additional related education or experience are preferred.
• Additional Information: This position requires skills in assessing, initiating, and coordinating emergency care. The RN will work alongside other healthcare professionals, providing timely and effective treatment to ER patients. The role involves direct patient care, documentation, and adherence to safety protocols, including standard precautions. The position may include supervising staff and providing mentorship when needed.
