Job Summary
Emergency Room Nurse Asheville, NC. This role involves providing high-quality nursing care in a busy emergency department at a flagship hospital recognized for excellence and patient safety. Job Details

• Schedule: Nights shift, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Valid nursing license; at least 2 years of experience as a registered nurse, including 1 year in an emergency room setting; excellent teamwork mentality; ability to coach and give feedback in real time; flexibility to work in all areas of the emergency department; certifications including ACLS, BLS, PALS, TNCC, CPI, NIHSS, and ENPC within 90 days of hire; educational background as a registered nurse; willingness to work the specified start and end dates.
• Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience in a Level 2 trauma center or comprehensive stroke center; experience with high-volume emergency departments with at least 100,000 visits annually; prior experience with HCA is preferred.
• Responsibilities: Providing patient-centered nursing care, performing advanced procedures, maintaining certifications, adhering to hospital policies, and promoting respectful behavior and positive patient experience using AIDET approach.
