Registered Nurse / Neonatal Intensive Care Unit

Job Summary:
Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) Registered Nurse (RN) Level III, Night Shift, located in a healthcare facility. This role involves delivering specialized care to critically ill neonates in a high-acuity environment. The position requires management of complex neonatal cases including therapeutic cooling, ventilator support, and invasive device monitoring.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Night shift with a minimum of 36 hours per week, starting on 10/12/2026 and ending on 01/10/2027
• Required Qualifications: Active RN license, Basic Life Support (BLS), Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP), 3 years of NICU experience caring for high-acuity neonates, therapeutic cooling experience, ability to independently manage complex NICU patients, strong clinical skills in neonatal assessment, ventilators (e.g., CPAP, BiPAP/NIPPV), central line management, TPN, blood products, and neonatal emergencies
• Preferred Qualifications: Previous travel experience in NICU, additional certifications based on facility policy
• Additional Information: Candidate must have the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and provide emotional support to families. Accurate documentation and adherence to clinical protocols are essential.
