Hospice Social Worker in the Salem area. This role involves providing emotional support, counseling, and social services to patients and their families during the final stages of illness. Job Details
- Position: Social Worker in the Hospice department
- Location: Salem area
- Experience required: 1 year
- Education: Oregon Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) or Clinical Social Work Associate (CSWA) licensure required upon submission; Oregon Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) preferred
- Certification: Healthcare Provider Level BLS required
- Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week
- Start Date: 10/12/2026
- End Date: 01/11/2027
- Additional Information: This position requires the use of a personal vehicle, valid driver`s license, and auto liability insurance. Candidates with previous hospice experience are preferred. When submitting, include a preferred interview time and the best contact method for scheduling.
