Job Summary
Long Term Care (LTC) Nurse, rotating shifts, in a post-acute care setting. This position involves providing patient care during 8-hour shifts, with coverage every other weekend and holiday rotation. The assignment is scheduled to start on October 12, 2026, and conclude on January 11, 2027.
Job Details
- Certifications, Education, and Experience: BLS Certification; Minimum of 2 years of experience in a long-term care setting required.
- Schedule: Rotating shifts from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM and from 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM; 40 hours per week.
- Responsibilities: Provide patient care in a post-acute care environment, adhering to clinical standards and protocols.
- Additional Information: Shift detail includes coverage every other weekend and holiday rotation. No on-call or callback availability.
- Submission Requirements: Candidates must have an active license to submit.
