Job Summary
Emergency Room Registered Nurse (ER RN) Level I Trauma The healthcare provider is seeking an experienced ER RN to join the team at a Level I Trauma Center. The position involves managing a diverse patient population in a fast-paced emergency department environment, providing critical care and leveraging specialized trauma skills.

Job Details

  • Certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS, TNCC, required.
  • Education Requirements: Current licensure for practicing as an Emergency Room Registered Nurse.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of ER experience, with at least 4 years of patient ratio experience, and proficiency in charting using Epic.
  • Location Requirements: Valid certification and licensure in the state or jurisdiction.
  • Schedule: Night shifts, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week, starting 11/03/2026, ending 02/02/2027.
  • Responsibilities include arterial line management, care of ventilated patients, central line care, procedural sedation, stroke and neuro-trauma care, and management of various trauma-related injuries and conditions.
  • Additional Requirements: Experience with arterial blood gas interpretation, dysrhythmia interpretation, and trauma patient management preferred.
  • Submission Requirements: Must have a current state or compact license, list all time off requests at the time of submittal, and complete onboarding modules within 48 hours of contract signing.
  • Float: Float rotation may be required.
