Job Summary
Medical Surgical Float Position in Denton This temporary assignment involves providing nursing care on a 43-bed medical unit within a healthcare facility. The role requires adaptable and team-oriented nursing professionals to support various medical-surgical units, including potential float responsibilities to the emergency room.

Job Details

• Schedule: Days shift, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Valid RN license, no minimum years of experience required.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience in medical-surgical nursing, familiarity with Meditech electronic medical record system.
• Responsibilities include delivering safe patient care, collaborating with healthcare team members, and maintaining compliance with unit policies.
• Floating: Float rotation may be required.
• Submission Requirements: Candidates should adhere to self-scheduling policies and be prepared to work rotating weekends.
• Schedule may involve self-scheduling within reason for shift balance and coverage.
