The PCU Observation Unit RN travel job lets you work in a fast-paced environment caring for patients who need close monitoring but do not require intensive care. You will assess and observe patients with complex medical conditions, support recovery after surgery or acute illness, and respond quickly to changes in status. Required qualifications include graduation from an accredited nursing program, an active RN license, and current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. Recent experience in progressive care or acute settings and familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems are recommended.
