Registered Nurse / Home Health Infusion

Job Summary:
The healthcare professional specializing in Home Health Infusion (HH INFS) in Burlington, MA, will provide outpatient infusion services for adult patients with hematology, oncology, and medical conditions. The role involves administering chemotherapy, infusions, blood transfusions, and managing vascular access devices, supporting a dynamic ambulatory infusion center environment. The position offers a daytime schedule with a commitment of 40 hours per week, starting on November 12, 2026, and ending on February 6, 2027.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Days, 10 hours per shift, minimum of 40 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Valid American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; minimum 2 years experience with chemotherapy administration; EPIC electronic medical record experience; experience accessing and deaccessing vascular access devices (such as IVADs and PICC lines); experience starting peripheral IVs; experience with Alaris infusion pumps; must be separated from the organization for 6 or more months and in good standing; oncology or infusion experience preferred.
• Preferred Qualifications: Prior travel experience is a plus.
• Additional Information: The role involves caring for adult patients with hematologic, oncologic, or medical diagnoses requiring outpatient infusion therapy. The infusion room operates within a unit that requires knowledge of chemotherapy administration, medical infusion administration, blood transfusions, use of infusion pumps, and phlebotomy. The nurse will be assigned 2-3 infusion chairs per shift, with orientation lasting one week. Floating to other locations may occur based on staffing needs, with floatation done according to the last float date.
