Registered Nurse / Long Term Care

Job Summary
Long Term Care (LTC) Nurse needed at a long-term acute care facility. This position involves providing care for geriatric, short-term, post-acute, and trach patients in a 100-bed facility. The role offers flexible schedules, including both 12-hour shifts and split-shift options, with the opportunity to contribute to patient recovery and well-being in a challenging clinical environment.

Job Details

• Location: North Mississippi
• Schedule: 12-hour days from 0645 to 1908, totaling 36 hours per week. Shift options include working on Monday, Thursday, Friday, and Tuesday or Wednesday, Saturday, Sunday, or a 36/48 split schedule.
• Required Qualifications: Valid BLS certification through the American Heart Association; minimum of 0 years of experience; proficient in geriatric, short-term, post-acute, or trach patient care; prior travel experience preferred but not mandatory.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience in facilities with over 400 beds or level 2 trauma experience is highly desirable.
• Float: Float rotation may be required, and flexibility to cover various units is necessary.
• Additional Information: Staff will work in a 36-bed long-term acute care facility with patient care priorities centered on geriatric and post-acute populations.
