Registered Nurse / Operating Room

Job Summary:
Operating Room (OR) RN in Illinois. This role involves providing specialized perioperative nursing care within an ambulatory setting or any OR environment, including general, hybrid, or trauma surgical units. The position offers a 5-day workweek with daytime shifts, supporting a fast-paced surgical team.

Job Details:

• Required Qualifications: Illinois state license, BLS (Basic Life Support), ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certifications, minimum of 2 years of OR nursing experience, and valid Certifications as specified.
• Schedule: Days, 8-hour shifts, working 40 hours per week.
• Additional Information: The assignment begins on 10/26/2026 and runs through 01/25/2027. The position may require floating within scope to meet facility needs. Candidates must have at least 2 years of OR experience and be able to work a block schedule, with no more than 5 days of requested time off. First-timers are accepted. Certification compliance occurs prior to start, and Illinois licensure must be active and in hand at the time of submission.
