Job Summary
Home Healthcare Nurse (HH) Manistee, MI This position involves providing skilled nursing care in the home setting within the Manistee area. The role requires certified experience, with a focus on Medicare Certified Home Health Care, delivering quality patient care in accordance with established standards. The position is scheduled Monday through Friday, with no guaranteed hours beyond the scheduled 40 hours per week.

Job Details

• Position: RN, Home Care (Home Healthcare)
• Location: Manistee, MI
• Certifications and Education: MI RN License; Associates or greater Nursing degree with license
• Experience: Minimum 1 year experience in Home Healthcare, Medicare Certified Home Health Care; certified experience required, Homecare Homebase software experience preferred
• Schedule: Days, 8 hours per day, Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week, with a productivity requirement of 27 points per week
• Additional Information: Candidate will work in the Manistee area. No mileage reimbursement. Must have experience in Medicare Certified Home Health Care.
• Dress Code: Any scrubs or business casual
• Submission Requirements: Professional profile in Munson system and two professional references
• Start Date: 10/05/2026
• End Date: 01/02/2027
