Registered Nurse / Emergency Room Pediatric

Job Summary:
Emergency Room Nurse (ER) Nights in a large, Level 1 trauma hospital. This position involves providing high-quality pediatric emergency care during the overnight shift. Candidates must have at least two years of experience in a pediatric setting and possess an Advanced Respiratory (AR) or compact license. This is a structured assignment with an initial start date of October 19, 2026, and planned end date of January 18, 2027.
Job Details:
- Schedule: Night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM, totaling 36 hours per week.
- Required Qualifications: Valid nursing license (AR or compact license), minimum two years of experience in pediatric emergency care, experience in a large Level 1 trauma hospital, and certification in Pediatric Emergency Nursing (ENPC).
- Preferred Qualifications: Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification, previous experience in a Level 1 trauma center, and familiarity with Pediatric Emergency Assessment, Recognition, and Stabilization (PEARS).
- Additional Information: IVS auto offer if less than 3 days of requested time off; candidates must be able to work night shifts as specified.
