Job Summary:
Bone Marrow Transplant (BMT) Nursing professional in a 30-bed inpatient unit. The role involves providing specialized care to patients with malignant hematologic disorders, including stem cell transplant and CAR-T infusions, while adhering to research protocols. The nurse must have at least one year of experience in Bone Marrow Transplant (BMT) and possess an Oncology Nursing Society (ONS) Chemotherapy/Biotherapy Provider card.
Job Details:
- Schedule: Rotating shifts, including day and night rotations (0700-2330 and 2300-0730), with 12-hour shifts and a minimum of 36 hours per week.
- Required Qualifications: Certifications include an Oncology Nursing Society (ONS) Chemotherapy/Biotherapy Provider card; Education/Experience: at least 1 year of experience in Bone Marrow Transplant (BMT); Location Requirements: experience in BMT; Years of Experience: 1 year minimum.
- Preferred Qualifications: Not specified.
- Float: Float rotation may be required.
- Additional Information: RN to patient ratio is 1:3-4 during day and evening shifts, and 1:5 during night shifts. Travel RNs will not be expected to infuse stem cells or CAR-T cells. The assignment begins on 11/01/2026 and concludes on 01/30/2027, with anticipated start and end dates.
