Registered Nurse / Pediatric Intensive Care Unit

Job Summary
Critical Care Registered Nurse (RN) Pediatric Intensive Care Unit Multiple Locations. This position involves floating as needed between several hospitals to provide specialized nursing care to infants, children, and adolescents within the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit. The role requires adaptability to various units and dedication to delivering family-centered care in a fast-paced environment.

Job Details

• Schedule: Rotating shifts; 12-hour shift length (7 a.m. 7:30 p.m. / 7 p.m. 7:30 a.m.); minimum of 48 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing; Minnesota RN license or Minnesota Temporary Permit-RN; BLS certification; PALS certification; 2 years of PICU nursing experience which includes managing pre-operative and immediate post-operative surgical and trauma patients, or 2 years of pediatric cardiovascular intensive care nursing experience and competent in caring for pre-operative, immediate post-operative cardiac surgical patients, and pre- and post-cardiac procedural patients.
• Preferred Qualifications: None specified.
• Float: Float rotation may be required.
• Additional Information: Positions are for an assignment duration of 12 weeks, starting on 10/19/2026 with a planned end date of 01/09/2027. Healthcare professionals should be willing to work the specified rotating schedule and float as needed to different units.
