Registered Nurse / Operating Room

Job Summary:
Operating Room (OR) Nurse position in a healthcare facility. This role involves assessing, planning, and providing direct clinical care to patients within the operating room setting. It includes supervising staff, supporting facility leadership to ensure high-quality and safe patient care, and managing clinical resources effectively.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per shift, minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Valid nursing license, minimum of 0 years of experience, experience with All-scripts electronic medical records system, and willingness to work in an operating room environment.
• Preferred Qualifications: Prior OR nursing experience is beneficial.
• Additional Information: The Operating Room Registered Nurse will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and supervising care for patients on a shift basis. This includes overseeing staff to ensure appropriate care delegation, supporting the facility Chief Nursing Officer to maintain high standards of nursing care, and ensuring clinical competency among team members. Candidate must possess the ability to support operational workflow and patient safety standards.
