Registered Nurse / Step Down Unit

Job Summary:
Step Down Unit Professional staffing opportunity in an acute care setting. This position involves night shifts, focusing on patient stabilization and recovery. The role requires adherence to hospital policies and provides an excellent chance to contribute to patient care in a fast-paced environment.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Night shifts, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Active Michigan license or confirmation that application process has been initiated; ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) and BLS (Basic Life Support) certifications; 1 year of minimum clinical experience.
• Preferred Qualifications: None listed.
• Float: Float rotation may be required.
• Additional Information: Local rate applies to clinicians with permanent addresses within 50 miles. OSF call-off policy includes the equivalent of 12 hours every 13 weeks with no penalty; orientation consists of 12 hours with guaranteed hours not applying during this period. Submission requirements include the last four digits of the clinician`s Social Security Number, middle initial, requested time off, and confirmation of licensure status.
