Job Summary
Home Healthcare RN Tomahawk / Brantwood. This position involves providing home health nursing services, including patient assessments, wound care, medication management, and IV therapy. The role requires flexibility to cover territories and adherence to documentation and communication standards.
Job Details
- Certifications, Education Requirements, Degree Requirements, Location Requirements, and Years of Experience: BLS certification, active license in hand, minimum of 1 year of relevant experience, home health experience with OASIS proficiency required, and recent experience.
- Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, 40 hours per week, with on-call rotation from 5 pm to 8 am, including weekend coverage every 4th weekend from 5 pm Friday to 8 am Monday.
- Additional information: The candidate should be flexible with territory coverage, timely in documentation, and able to work in a team environment. Drivers license and personal transportation are required. RTO requests must be submitted during the application process.
- Responsibilities include adult home health visits, assessments, wound care, medication management, pain assessment, starting and maintaining IVs, and phlebotomy.
