Job Summary:
Emergency Room Registered Nurse (RN) for a rural emergency department located in a hospital setting. This position involves providing high-quality, fast-paced emergency care to a diverse patient population. The role entails working nights in a facility with 23 beds, requiring adaptability and clinical expertise to manage patient care effectively.

Job Details:

  • Schedule: Nights, 6:45 pm 7:15 am, minimum of 36 hours per week
  • Required Qualifications: RN licensure, ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support), BLS (Basic Life Support), PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support), De-Escalation Training, 0 years of experience minimum, valid Drivers License, and permanent home address matching ID.
  • Preferred Qualifications: 1-2 years of ER experience, Cerner EMR (Electronic Medical Records) system familiarity.
  • Float: Every third weekend; may float to Starke Emergency Department.
  • Additional Information:
    • Position is open for 13 weeks with potential for cancellation after two weeks without penalty.
    • Prior submission must include all relevant licenses and certifications.
    • Travelers must be located more than 50 miles from the facility; local candidates are not accepted.
    • Scrub color: navy blue.
    • No on-call requirements or block scheduling options.
    • The role is a contractor replacement position.
