Registered Nurse / Post Anesthesia Care Unit

Job Summary:
Post Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) registered nurse position located in the region. The role involves providing individualized nursing care to patients recovering from anesthesia, with a focus on airway management, assessment, and pharmacology. The position requires adherence to peri-anesthesia standards of care and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams to ensure patient safety and optimal outcomes.

Job Details:

• Schedule: 10-hour shifts, Days, with a minimum of 40 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: CA registered nurse licensure, BLS (AHA), ACLS, PALS certifications, at least 2 years of PACU registered nurse experience, proficiency in End-Tidal CO2 monitoring, airway assessment, and airway management.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience in high acuity hospital settings is preferred.
• Float: Float to other healthcare provider campuses if needed and census permits.
• Additional Information: The assignment duration is from 10/05/2026 to 01/04/2027. Candidates must have up-to-date Nursys license uploaded within the last 2 weeks, and all compliance documents are due 10 days prior to the start date. A minimum of two recent references and applicable certifications are required.
