Registered Nurse / Medical Surgical With Telemetry

Job Summary:
Medical Surgical with Telemetry (MS Tele) registered nurse position is available in a healthcare facility. This assignment involves providing patient care in a unit with a capacity of 45 beds, with a patient-to-nurse ratio of 6:1. The role offers a night shift schedule starting as soon as possible, with an expected duration through January 11, 2027.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Night shift, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Valid BLS (Basic Life Support), ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support), and PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) certifications; 1+ year of experience in Medical Surgical with Telemetry; minimum of 0 years of experience; location requirement: candidate`s permanent home address must be greater than 50 miles from the facility
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with MEDHOST electronic medical record system; wound care experience; scrubs in dark navy blue
• Additional Information: Shift may include floating and block scheduling; must not be scheduled during blackout dates from 12/24 to 12/25; candidates should ensure SSN is on the tax tab and not on the email or sub packet; travelers submitted without necessary information will be rejected
