Job Summary
Med-surgical Telemetry Nurse (RN) Lake Havasu City, AZ. This role involves providing specialized patient care for adult and geriatric populations within a 171-bed community hospital actively serving as a regional referral center. The position requires adherence to hospital standards and a commitment to quality patient outcomes on a night shift schedule.

Job Details

• Required Qualifications: Valid RN license; Certifications including ACLS; Education requirements include a current RN degree; minimum of 2 years of recent acute care Telemetry experience; at least 2 years of RN experience preferred; located within 60 miles or more to the facility.
• Schedule: Night shifts, three 12-hour shifts per week, with a minimum of 36 hours scheduled weekly.
• Additional Information: The RN will be responsible for adult and geriatric patient populations, handling up to six patients per nurse, including surgical patients, total joint, ACS, and those with acute on chronic conditions such as CHF, CKD, alcohol withdrawal, SIRS, and GIB. The unit employs various equipment including Baxter IV pumps, Posey alarms, Omnicel drug cabinets, and Zoll defibrillators. Experience with telemetry, recent acute care, and travel nursing is preferred. Candidate should demonstrate a compassionate, positive, can-do attitude, and be capable of working effectively within a team environment.
