Registered Nurse / Emergency Room

Job Summary:
Emergency Room (ER) professional in a high-volume healthcare setting. This role involves working within a busy emergency department that manages a significant behavioral health patient population. The position requires adaptability to fast-paced situations and effective patient care delivery during nocturnal shifts.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Nights shift with 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Valid license verification, professional certifications, and at least 1 year of experience in emergency or related healthcare setting. Candidate must have an active Nursing Licensure (Nursys) verification, and must complete the Ascension Skills Checklist, along with professional reference checks.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience handling behavioral health patients in a high-volume emergency environment. Prior experience working with ceil blue scrubs preferred.
• Additional Information: The role involves working in a unit characterized by a high volume of behavioral health patients, with a focus on efficiency and patient safety during every other weekend shifts. Candidates must demonstrate proficiency in emergency nursing protocols and adherence to SOPs. Submission requires license verification, professional profile, and completion of required checklists.
