Registered Nurse / Medical Surgical With Telemetry

Job Summary:
Med Surgical with Telemetry (MS TELE) registered nurse position in St. Louis, Missouri. This assignment involves providing direct patient care in a medical-surgical and telemetry unit within a reputable healthcare organization. The role requires a dedicated professional committed to ensuring positive patient outcomes through expert nursing practice.

Job Details:

• Shift: Nights, 1900-0700, with a minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Valid RN license in Missouri or eligible for licensure in Missouri, BLS and ACLS certifications from American Heart Association, at least 2+ years of experience in medical-surgical and telemetry settings, and capable of float to similar or lower acuity units as needed.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with adult medical and telemetry patients, team-oriented attitude, and strong communication skills.
• Float: Float rotation may be required, as needed to a similar or lower acuity unit.
• Additional Information: Performs direct patient care activities across all age groups, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Coordinates patient care with ancillary departments to optimize outcomes within the scope of nursing practice and compliance with professional guidelines.
