Registered Nurse / Post Anesthesia Care Unit

Job Summary
Post Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) Registered Nurse (RN) position is available in a healthcare facility located in Sierra Vista, Arizona. This role involves providing post-operative care to geriatric, adult, and minimal pediatric patient populations. The position is dedicated to supporting patient recovery in a Level 3 trauma environment, ensuring high-quality care and safety standards are maintained throughout the post-anesthesia period.

Job Details

• Location: Sierra Vista, AZ
• Schedule: Days shift, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: RN license, ACLS certification, PALS certification, minimum of 2 years of experience, valid healthcare provider location according to state licensing standards
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience in post-anesthesia recovery, strong team player with ability to work under pressure
• Unit Information: 8-bed capacity, patient ratios of 1:1, equipped with Cerner electronic health records system
• Additional Information: Orientation scheduled every 2nd and 4th Monday, attire includes hospital-provided black scrubs with nails kept acceptable for clinical environment. Candidates must submit a full submittal packet including resume and skills checklist.
