Registered Nurse / Nurse Manager

Job Summary:
A Nurse Manager position in a healthcare organization located in Washington State. This salaried leadership role oversees inpatient labor, delivery, and postpartum departments, ensuring operational and clinical excellence. The position involves planning, organizing, and managing resources to deliver high-quality patient care in compliance with all relevant standards, regulations, and policies.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, minimum 40 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license, Bachelors degree in Nursing or a related field, 3 years of labor and delivery experience, experience in a leadership or management role, located within Washington State, and at least 1 year of relevant experience
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience managing inpatient nursing departments, familiarity with Washington State Department of Health standards, Strong leadership and communication skills
• Additional Information: This position requires strategic planning, workflow standardization, and collaboration with internal teams and external agencies. The role includes budget review in partnership with the Chief Nursing Officer and participation in core staffing to ensure safe staffing levels.
