Emergency Room (ER) Nurse in Fort Bragg, California. This position involves delivering coordinated nursing care for patients in a critical access hospital setting, following established standards of care and the nursing process. The role includes supervision and direction of nursing staff, along with collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe and effective patient care.
Job Details
- Position Description: Provides nursing care for patients in an emergency critical access hospital, supervising nursing staff and coordinating with other healthcare disciplines.
- Required Qualifications: Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice; Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved vendor; Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification from an approved vendor; Bachelors Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred; one year of relevant experience required.
- Schedule: Day shift, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week.
- Additional Information: Delivers quality patient care with a focus on safety and patient education. Participates in discharge planning and collaborates with the healthcare team to promote positive patient outcomes. Must have EPIC experience.
