Registered Nurse / Nurse Manager

Job Summary:
The Nurse Manager position is located in an acute healthcare environment. This leadership role involves providing unit oversight and partnering with multidisciplinary teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care. The Nurse Manager is responsible for supervising staff, managing operational and clinical standards, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and fostering continuous improvement in service delivery.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Bachelors and/or Masters degree in Nursing from an accredited college or university; RN (Registered Nurse) licensure in the state or a compact licensure; one (1) year of relevant experience.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience in healthcare management or nurse leadership roles; knowledge of clinical standards and quality improvement strategies.
• Additional Information: The role encompasses clinical practice oversight, communication with interdisciplinary teams, fiscal planning, human resource management, and leadership responsibilities. Candidates must demonstrate skills in delegation, process improvement, staff development, and use of healthcare technology. The start date is 09/25/2026, with the assignment ending on 12/24/2026.
