Registered Nurse / Post Anesthesia Care Unit

Job Summary:
The healthcare professional specializing in Post Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) will provide pre and post-operative patient care in a facility setting. This role involves working day shifts with a schedule of 8-hour shifts between 06:00 and 19:30, with an expected weekly workload of 40 hours. The position requires compliance with ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification and proficiency in UI EKG interpretation.

• Position: Post Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU)
• Start Date: 10/12/2026
• End Date: 01/11/2027
• Schedule: Day shifts, 8 hours per shift, minimum of 40 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Certification in ACLS, proficiency in UI EKG interpretation, current licensure suitable for the state, basic life support certification, no minimum experience requirement, location within the facility`s service area, and relevant educational background
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience in post anesthesia patient care, additional certifications in perioperative nursing or related fields
• Float: Float rotation may be required, but this role does not explicitly require float
