Registered Nurse / Nurse Manager

Job Summary:
Nurse Manager specialty in a healthcare setting. Job Details:

• Schedule: Night shift, 12-hour shifts, minimum 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice. Bachelors Degree in Nursing (BSN) is preferred. Minimum 1 year of experience in care management, with prior experience in inpatient case management preferred. Experience with strike force teams for organizations such as Kaiser Permanente or HCA California, requiring minimal training and capable of handling complex discharge planning.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience in a care management role and staff used to strike force settings.
• Additional Information: This position requires a focus on managing complex discharge planning and coordinating patient care workflows. The selected candidate will serve as a clinical leader, ensuring alignment with organizational policies and compliance standards. The start date for this assignment is 10/12/2026, with an end date of 01/10/2027.
