Registered Nurse / Electro Physiology Lab

Job Summary
Electro Physiology Laboratory (EP LAB) Specialist position available in Arlington Heights, IL. This role involves providing specialized electrophysiology services in a fast-paced clinical environment, including Watchman procedures and other complex EP Lab interventions. The position is for a 12-week contract starting October 4, 2026.

Job Details

• Location: Arlington Heights, IL
• Schedule: Days shift, 10 hours per day, 40 hours per week, from 06:30 AM to 05:00 PM
• Required Qualifications: IL Registered Nurse (RN) license, Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), 3-5 years of EP Lab experience, experience with Watchman procedures, experience with "Stimming", strong EP Lab skills, experience with EP Lab/Cath Lab procedures.
• Preferred Qualifications: More than 5 years of EP Lab experience.
• Responsibilities: Provide electrophysiology services, assist with Watchman procedures, perform and support "Stimming" procedures, and maintain high standards of clinical care within the EP Lab setting.
• Experience Requirement: 3-5 years of EP Lab experience, with strong skills in Watchman procedures and "Stimming".
• Certifications and Licenses: IL RN license, BLS, ACLS (due Thurs before Start Date)
• Schedule details: 10-hour shifts, 06:30 AM - 05:00 PM, minimum of 40 hours per week
• Additional Information: Float to Glenbrook for Watchman procedures on a monthly basis; no on-call requirement; orientation varies based on experience level; urgent start date available.
