Registered Nurse / Radiology

Job Summary:
Radiology Registered Nurse (RN) in the designated location. This role involves providing safe, competent, and quality patient care within the radiology department, utilizing nursing theory, research, and evidence-based practices. The position requires coordinating patient care, educating patients and families, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Job Details:

• Schedule: 11.5-hour shifts, 3 times per week, minimum of 34.5 hours per week, starting on 10/26/2026 and ending on 12/26/2026.
• Required Qualifications: Valid New York State Registered Nurse (RN) license; BLS (Basic Life Support); ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support); 2 years of minimum RN experience; minimum of 2 years` experience as a Radiology RN; minimum of 1 year travel experience for travel positions (not required for Per Diem). Epic experience highly preferred.
• Preferred Qualifications: PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) preferred.
• Additional Information: The role involves performing charge nurse duties, coordinating supplies and staffing, facilitating patient throughput, and documenting accurately to comply with regulatory standards. The nurse will also engage in professional development activities and contribute to quality improvement initiatives within the department.
