Registered Nurse / Interventional Radiology

Job Summary:
Interventional Radiology Nurse - Location unspecified. This role involves providing safe, competent, and patient-centered care within the interventional radiology department. The registered nurse will deliver evidence-based nursing practices, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and support quality and safety initiatives to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Job Details:

• Schedule: 7.5-hour shifts, 37.5 hours per week, beginning 10/26/2026 and ending 01/23/2027.
• Required Qualifications: NYS Registered Nurse (RN) license, Bachelor of Science degree with a major in nursing preferred or associate degree with relevant experience, Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), minimum 0 years of experience, and radiology and radiation safety skills.
• Preferred Qualifications: Cardiac CT, patient monitoring, cardiology, registered nurse experience in ambulatory, radiation safety, and post-procedural care; EPIC electronic medical record system experience.
• Additional Information: The nurse will perform charge nurse duties, coordinate supply and staff resources, facilitate patient throughput, and contribute to clinical and operational improvement initiatives. The role requires a focus on patient safety, effective communication, advocating for patients, and advancing clinical competence through ongoing professional development.
