Registered Nurse / Case Management Exp

Job Summary:
Case Management Experience (CM EXP) for a contract position available at a healthcare organization in the specified location. The role involves providing care coordination and case management services in a hospital setting. The selected candidate will demonstrate the ability to handle clinical responsibilities efficiently and adapt to a fast-paced environment.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Days shift, 12 hours shift, minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Certifications in ACLS and BLS from the American Heart Association, vent/trach experience, at least 2 years recent Telemetry/Long-Term Acute Care experience in a hospital setting, Indiana or multi-state compact Registered Nurse license (must be attached to resume).
• Additional Information: Candidate must use the provided template for submission; incomplete submissions will be rejected. The candidate will be responsible for providing care coordination, clinical assessment, and patient supervision during shifts.
